Emmanuel Jal
Emmanuel started in life as a child soldier in the war-torn region of Southern Sudan in the early 1980s. He has a story of overcoming huge personal traumas to go on and become an acclaimed recording artist, peace ambassador, and life performance coach. We'll be speaking to Emmanuel about how he specifically overcame his traumas and reclaimed his mind, which was consumed by debilitating thoughts and beliefs from his past. He'll also talk about how through his wellness organisation, My Life Is Art, anyone can use the same meditation techniques and methods he used to overcome his setbacks to rewire their mind for success.
