Emma Tomes
Emma Tomes is a mum-on-a-mission to prevent poor mental health. In 2010 she lost her eldest son's Dad to poor mental health. Emma herself recovered from depression and manages anxiety through practising mindfulness. She has dedicated her career to talking to people about their future and how to make the most of their potential.
When Emma was placed on furlough, she couldn’t sit back and see people struggle. She created "Talking with Tomes,” a Facebook community that helps people find support in a safe positive space.
