RiskACUMEN Podcast: The Cost of Overlooking Employee Wellbeing

When Mental Health Awareness Day and Mental Health Awareness Week pop up… I go quiet.

It's a weird one.

Because, for me, it's an everyday conversation. All the time.

And as my friend Johnny Thomson points out, you can't just say:

“‘Oh, it's Mental Health Awareness Week, let's let's do something now and move on to something else.' It's [got to be] a genuine part of the culture that exists within the organisation.”

Leaders need to care. It’s not rocket science.
