With more of us sitting for longer, and getting out less (especially because of the weather) Sam's insight is about how we use our surroundings to help us simply move more.

After starting his career in the health and fitness industry eight years ago off the back of a crushing burnout, he is no stranger to the mental health challenges that come from owning a business.
