Matthew Loynes

Matthew is a men’s mental health advocate at his workplace and active participant with the Movember charity for over ten years. Around 15 years ago, he started to struggle with depression due to the massive stresses of life, but with the help and support of a friend his life turned around. Now, despite living with anxiety, Matthew tries to embrace it as part of his whole self.

Matthew is on a mission to help more men say, “it is okay to not be okay.”
