Juliette Burton—Coming Back from Mental Health-Related Disorders
When your life is being battered by poor mental health it is sometimes difficult to lift your head long enough to see the way forward. Juliette Burton has not only experienced these crippling lows she has managed to fight daily to maintain her positive mental health. In this Mentality Meets, I want to know what kept her going in the difficult times, and what keeps her motivated every day.

Juliette Burton’s bio
Juliette is a comedian, writer, and mental health ambassador. Her Edinburgh Fringe one-woman show sold out from 2015 to 2018. In 2020 Juliette developed 3 virtual shows as well as appearing on The One Show (BBC One), This Morning (ITV) and Tomorrow’s World (BBC). Juliette writes for Cosmopolitan, The Independent, and BBC News among others. She also acts as an ambassador for Rethink Mental Illness and runs training and consultancy on mental illness and disability in the workplace.
