Rob Stephenson is an international keynote speaker, campaigner and consultant who is on a mission to help create happier, healthier and higher performing workplaces. He experiences bipolar disorder personally.
Rob is the founder of Inside-Out.org, a social enterprise with the mission of smashing the stigma of mental ill-health in the workplace by showcasing senior leader role models with lived experiences of mental ill- health.
Rob is the CEO of Form, a technology platform helping employees authentically answer the question “How are you today?” - reflecting on what is driving their mental health and supporting those around them.
In his keynote talks, Rob inspires audiences to think differently about mental health and wellbeing. Sharing his personal story to send a strong message that it really is OK to talk about mental ill-health; inspiring Boards and senior leadership teams to treat wellbeing as a strategic priority and helping employees to take personal accountability for their mental health.
