Adrian Garcia’s bio…
Adrian has been a mental health campaigner for 6 years including work with some of the biggest 3rd sector organisations in the UK. Most recently Adrian was working as the Commander in Chief of SANE’s Black Dog Campaign. Adrian talks and gives workshops on many aspects of mental health awareness, suicide prevention, suicide bereavement and mental health in the workplace.
As of 2019 Adrian has taken his Consultancy work forward and is now the CEO and Co-Founder of the Mental Health Consultants Ltd., a Consultancy devoted to improving working environments in workplaces across the world.
